Petrushin brings extensive leadership experience from digital asset and financial technology companies operating in regulated markets. He has held C-level roles at leading global cryptocurrency exchanges, overseeing trading risk, liquidity management, treasury operations and transaction security in high-volume environments. In these positions, he led cross-functional teams across trading, risk, engineering and operations, supporting institutional client activity at scale.
His background includes building risk and control frameworks, scaling market-making and liquidity operations, managing multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements and working closely with external partners on institutional onboarding and technical integrations.
As CEO of Tothemoon, Petrushin will focus on advancing the platform’s trading and payments capabilities, strengthening liquidity and execution quality, and expanding institutional services for iGaming operators, payment providers and corporate clients in regulated markets.
