With a myriad of positions at operators and major suppliers, Jonathan Gauci has been around the block in the gambling industry – but his partying days are done, he claims in an iGB interview at ICE 2026.
Equipped with first-hand experience from both sides of the aisle and realising he could do better, Gauci and his co-founders launched Elantil two years ago.
With Elantil’s first ever ICE stand in the background, the CEO walks iGB through the startup’s mission in iGaming – what exactly it is he sees that others in the industry don’t.
“I think it’s mostly the lack of control [operators] have over their own operations,” Gauci explains. “What we do is provide the tooling, the know-how, the knowledge, to enable our operators to … be very creative.”
With their first ICE over, Gauci teases that there’s much more to come in the year ahead from Elantil.
