iGaming software provider SOFTSWISS has announced a strategic overhaul of its leadership structure with the appointment of three senior executives aimed at supporting its global expansion plans and reinforcing product innovation and delivery.
Denis Ilienkov has been named Product & Technology Non-Executive Director, Kyryl Avdieienko takes on the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Viktor Iegorov joins as Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).
The company said the expanded leadership team is central to its goal of adapting to an increasingly complex iGaming environment and sustaining its push into new international markets, including Brazil and South Africa.
“As we venture into new markets like Brazil and South Africa, it’s imperative that our leadership structure evolves to meet the unique challenges and opportunities these regions present,” Ilienkov said in a statement. “This strategic shift is about more than just titles; it’s about positioning SOFTSWISS to deliver unparalleled value to our clients and partners worldwide.”
Ilienkov will oversee product and technology governance, while Avdieienko, who brings experience in iGaming, fintech, and game development, will lead product strategy and innovation. Iegorov will be tasked with enhancing delivery frameworks and managing the strategic delivery portfolio.
The announcement comes on the heels of several recent milestones for SOFTSWISS. The company’s Sportsbook Network Jackpot paid out its first major win during the SiGMA Americas event in São Paulo, with one player claiming €80,294.89 ($91,398.43)—more than double the original prize pool of €35,000 ($39,890).
Additionally, Deputy CTO Sergey Kastukevich was named CTO of the Year in EMEA at the 2025 Oracle Excellence Awards.
