Looking back at 2025, how would you describe the year for Valley Forge? What were some of the major highlights, achievements or lessons learned?
This past year marked an exciting period of momentum and transformation for Valley Forge Casino Resort. We opened multiple major amenities — including our new food hall, comedy club and spa — which expanded our entertainment and wellness offerings and created new reasons for guests to visit. We also completed the Stardust renovation project, giving our guestrooms, suites and lobby a fresh and modern look that elevates the overall resort experience and reflects the future direction of Valley Forge.
On a personal note, joining the team this year was a highlight for me. It has been inspiring to work alongside a dedicated group focused on elevating every aspect of the guest experience.

Were there any notable changes or trends in the casino industry this year that had an impact on your operations?
We continued to see strong interest in refreshed and guest-friendly gaming environments, which has guided how we are thinking about the next evolution of our casino floor. Guests are looking for spaces that feel inviting, well-designed and easy to navigate, with a mix of their favorite games and new offerings that add energy throughout the floor. This has informed how we evaluate our layout, product mix and overall atmosphere.
At the same time, food and beverage remained a major driver of visitation, reinforcing the importance of expanding and enhancing our culinary program. We also saw increased expectations for seamless technology throughout the guest journey, which guided several upgrades to improve convenience and ease of use across the resort.
How has Valley Forge adapted to challenges in the gaming and entertainment market, and what strategies proved most effective in 2025?
Prioritising guest-facing enhancements made the greatest impact. Opening the comedy club and spa, as well as finalising the Stardust renovation, stemmed from understanding what guests value most. These updates created new ways for visitors to spend time on the property and helped position Valley Forge as a destination with more to offer beyond the gaming floor.

Looking ahead to 2026, what are your main priorities, opportunities or initiatives for the casino, and what trends do you anticipate shaping the year?
2026 will be a milestone year as we continue expanding the all-new Valley Forge. Our main priorities include developing our new signature steakhouse and cigar lounge in partnership with Charles Barkley and delivering a refreshed gaming floor. These additions will anchor the next phase of the property’s evolution and bring new experiences that appeal to both returning guests and first-time visitors.
Additionally, with the 250th Birthday of America bringing increased tourism to the Philadelphia region in 2026, we expect strong demand for elevated hospitality. Trends focused on convenience, personalisation, and integrated experiences will continue shaping how guests choose where to dine, stay and play.
Our goal for 2026 is to present a Valley Forge that feels modern, energetic and guest-focused at every touchpoint, offering something new yet comfortable each time visitors walk through our doors.
