SaaS technology company Fast Track has launched Tournaments, a new feature in its AI-driven gamification platform, Rewards, designed to boost player engagement and retention.
The Tournaments feature allows players to compete against one another for prizes on real-time leaderboards, a format shown to increase time spent on-site and encourage repeat play. By integrating with the company’s Singularity Model, operators can match players to competitions based on their individual gaming behavior.
For instance, players chasing big wins can enter multiplier-based competitions, while high-volume players compete based on turnover. The result is personalized tournaments that deliver stronger performance.
Operators managing multiple brands can run a single tournament across all brands and languages through Player Origins, the company’s multi-brand management layer.
“Operators have either built tournaments in-house or used tools disconnected from their CRM, both creating friction at scale,” Simon Lidzén, CEO of Fast Track, said. “Tournaments in Rewards solves that, but the real value is in relevance. Connected to the Singularity Model, operators aren’t just running competitions – they’re running the right competition for each player.”
The platform supports unlimited leaderboard positions and flexible opt-in options, which can be configured as automatic or manual. Customizable widgets allow operators to control tournament visibility and placement across their sites.
Fast Track will demonstrate Tournaments live at ICE Barcelona, 19–21 January, at Stand 2H70A.
