iGaming software provider SOFTSWISS has shared its strategic vision for 2026, outlining plans to expand further in regulated markets and scale the use of artificial intelligence across its operations.
The roadmap focuses on strengthening product maturity, accelerating delivery for partners, and scaling innovation, while continuing to invest in client service, staff development, and industry education.
Expanding its footprint in regulated jurisdictions will remain a core focus, positioning SOFTSWISS as a compliant technology partner offering market-ready products, tailored services, and advanced analytics. The approach is intended to help operators meet evolving regulatory and player protection standards while entering new markets.
A key operational priority for 2026 will be technology execution, including improving development speed, shortening delivery cycles, and maintaining stable performance as products evolve. The company aims to refine workflows from initial scoping to production to accelerate feature releases without compromising reliability, security, or compliance readiness.
This approach is reflected in a recent Sportsbook deployment completed in 14 calendar days, from contract signing to the first bet. In 2026, SOFTSWISS plans to build on that pace by further optimising delivery processes and strengthening cross-team collaboration.
To support execution at scale, SOFTSWISS will increase the adoption of AI-powered tools across teams in 2026, embedding them into day-to-day workflows to improve speed and consistency. The company has also introduced a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer role internally, underscoring its focus on AI-driven development.
“Going into 2026, we are taking a very pragmatic view of what partners need from a technology provider: predictable delivery, resilient performance, and solutions that are ready for regulated markets,” said Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS. “We are strengthening product maturity, speeding up execution through smarter tooling, including AI, and continuing to invest in the service and expertise that help operators grow with confidence.”
SOFTSWISS will also continue to enhance partner experience, building on regular research conducted with Kantar. Recent findings show client satisfaction scores of 8.3 out of 10 for the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform and 9 out of 10 for the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.
Beyond product and market priorities, the company will continue investing in people development and industry education. Following the release of its fourth annual iGaming Trends report, SOFTSWISS plans to publish a fifth anniversary edition later this year.
The SOFTSWISS team will attend ICE Barcelona 2026 and will be available for meetings at Stand 1B30.
