Caesars Palace is expanding its luxury accommodations with the debut of new high-end villas as it approaches its 60th anniversary on the Las Vegas Strip.

The resort has unveiled two Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower, parent company Caesars Entertainment announced via Las Vegas Review-Journal report.

“The new Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas at Caesars Palace reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip,” said Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”

The Presidential Villas can be combined into more than 19,000 square feet and include private elevator access, multiple living and dining areas, entertainment rooms, marble bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling Strip views. The Octavius Sky Villas feature a similar contemporary design with larger living spaces.

The new villas are part of Caesars Entertainment’s multiyear reinvestment plan across its eight Las Vegas properties. Recent upgrades at Caesars Palace include renovations to high-limit gaming areas, the spa and fitness center, and existing villas that hold AAA Five Diamond ratings.

Additional projects are planned through 2027, including full-suite renovations in the Augustus Tower, a redesigned VIP check-in area and a 46,000-square-foot dayclub scheduled to open this spring.

Caesars Palace turns 60 in August and now has 3,980 rooms and suites.

Separately, Caesars Entertainment is rebranding The Cromwell hotel as The Vanderpump Hotel through a partnership with television personality Lisa Vanderpump. The property at Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road is undergoing a full renovation expected to be completed in early 2026. Vanderpump and her design partner, Nick Alain, are overseeing redesigns of the reception and front desk areas, a new lounge, and all 188 guest rooms and suites.
