Foxwoods Resort Casino recorded $29.9 million in slot revenue for December 2025, triggering a $7.5 million payment to the State of Connecticut in line with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s established revenue-sharing agreement.

The payment is part of a longstanding compact under which the tribe contributes a percentage of slot machine revenues to the state. Since the arrangement began in 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has paid over $4.8 billion to the state’s budget fund from Foxwoods’ slot operations.

Earlier developments at Foxwoods include the launch of a new poker room inside The Fox Tower, aimed at expanding the casino’s gaming offerings. The facility features automated sign-up kiosks, 37 high-definition televisions showing live sports and poker, and access to nearby DraftKings Sportsbook kiosks. Additional enhancements include improved parking, dining access, and a direct connection to the renovated hotel.
