Casino International has awarded Payam Zadeh, General Manager EMEA and Managing Director UK at JCM Global, with its Outstanding Contribution Award, recognising more than 25 years of leadership and service in the land-based gaming sector.
Zadeh has spent over a decade leading JCM Global’s EMEA and UK operations, overseeing sales, marketing, operations, human resources, finance and IT. In his dual role, he has guided the company through significant technological change and expansion across the region.
A specialist in cash handling and payment systems across banking, retail and gaming, Zadeh has been credited with anticipating market shifts and promoting solutions that enhance security, automation and operational efficiency for casino operators. His leadership has supported the expansion of JCM’s product portfolio in EMEA and the rollout of intelligent technologies focused on reliability and customer-centric design.
Fluent in several languages and a graduate of the Polytechnical University in Saarbrücken, Zadeh is also credited with building collaborative relationships with customers and partners, and with helping position payments and change systems as a strategic component of modern casino operations.
