Merkur Group presented a slate of gaming innovations and subsidiary offerings at ICE 2026, held from January 19 to 21 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, under the “Spin with Power. Shine in Color” motto. Spanning approximately 2,500 square meters, the German-based company’s booth featured product demonstrations from across its divisions, drawing attention from thousands of international trade visitors.

Over 65,000 attendees visited the trade show, which included representatives from Europe, the United States, Latin America, and other regions. Merkur Group’s presence included contributions from 11 subsidiaries.

In addition to Merkur Gaming, participating entities included adp Merkur, Blueprint Gaming, Blueprint Operations, Merkur Dosniha, GeWeTe, Bede Gaming, and Spintec. Each firm displayed sector-specific offerings, ranging from online platform technology to cash handling and payment solutions, electronic table games, and land-based market services.

Merkur Gaming introduced a number of new products at the show, including the six-level jackpot system Dimension Link, which featured a theme based on ancient Egypt with sticky spins and bonus features. Other titles that attracted attention included Glory of Giza and Eternal Riches from Gaming Arts.

The newly launched Prime Line multigame package was also presented, combining existing high-performing games with 14 new titles in a modern visual format. Many of these releases were displayed using the Mod Ex Xtended cabinet, an updated version of Merkur’s modular system equipped with an electrically extendable console.

Dominik Raasch, Management Board Member for Merkur Games at Merkur.com AG, commented: “The transformation taking place within the Merkur Games business division is clearly visible – and it was consistently reflected both in our ICE presence and in our product lineup.

We presented ourselves as more colourful, modern and progressive than ever before, bringing even greater vibrancy to the Merkur brand. Our objective for ICE 2026 was to usher in a new era – and we achieved that goal across the board.”

The booth design incorporated large LED displays, custom lighting arrangements, and entertainment segments that included live magic, cheerleader performances, and DJ sets. Additionally, two levels of hospitality were available to visitors, with food and beverage offerings including Spanish and Slovenian cuisine.

Senior Vice President Merkur Games International Marcel Heutmekers stated: “ICE 2026 delivered on its promise in every respect. We are still overwhelmed by the exceptionally high visitor numbers at our booth throughout all three days of the show.

“Equally pleasing, however, was the opportunity to welcome a large number of our customers from Europe, the United States, and Latin America to the Merkur World. The many intensive, insightful, and extremely positive discussions we held leave the entire Merkur team looking ahead to the future with great confidence.
