Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced significant progress across the integrated resort development, highlighted by the advancement of the Wynn Bridge, a major infrastructure project designed to connect the resort with surrounding beach districts and the UAE’s wider road network ahead of its planned Spring 2027 opening.
Stretching 548 metres, Wynn Bridge will link the resort via Wynn Boulevard to the E311 and E611 highways, providing a direct route between Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Construction remains on schedule for completion in late 2026. Piling works have been completed, nine of the 10 bridge column pile caps are now in place, and the structure is currently 48% complete.
Work across the main resort complex is also accelerating. The signature tower, which topped out in December 2025, now stands at 299 metres, with structural concrete completed through the roof of the 71st floor.
Installation of the tower’s steel roof crown has begun, while façade works continue, with 21,852 of 26,471 panels installed, representing 83% completion. Elevator and escalator installations are progressing, alongside interior fit-out works throughout the property.
Structural construction has now been completed for all 1,530 guest accommodations, including rooms, suites, townhouses and Marina Estates, marking 100% structural completion of the inventory. Interior finishing is underway across all units, with mechanical and electrical systems being installed in sequence.

Across the resort’s low-rise buildings, concrete and structural steel works are 99% complete, involving more than 482,000 cubic metres of concrete and 15,162 tonnes of steel. During the past month, air-conditioning systems serving podium-level offices were commissioned, allowing fine-finishing works to proceed as planned.
Alongside physical construction, Wynn Al Marjan Island is advancing key pre-opening initiatives. Among recent announcements is Oasis: A Wynn Community, a purpose-built residential development adjacent to Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard.
Scheduled to open in Summer 2026, the 26-acre project will house more than 7,000 employees, or about 80% of the resort’s workforce, across 15 residential buildings and will include a wide range of amenities, positioning it among the most comprehensive employer-provided housing developments in the global hospitality sector.
Spanning more than 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,217 resort rooms and 297 Enclave suites, along with two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes and 10 Marina Estates. The destination will include 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a beach club, a luxury spa and beauty complex, and a skylit shopping promenade showcasing international luxury brands.
Additional attractions will include Coral Court, a dedicated events venue; The Showroom theatre; 12 swimming pools; a 420-metre white-sand beach; and a deep-water marina designed to accommodate superyachts.
Wynn said recruitment is underway for future roles at the resort and for the Oasis residential community, with current opportunities listed on its official careers website.
