DraftKings has entered into an agreement with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America, a cryptocurrency platform operating a CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange, to offer additional federally regulated prediction market contracts through DraftKings Predictions.
Under the agreement, DraftKings Predictions will offer player-specific sports event contracts for the NFL and NBA. These contracts represent the first player-based offerings on the platform and are made available through a CFTC-regulated exchange framework.
“We’re continuing to build momentum behind DraftKings Predictions by leveraging our expertise across sports and technology and integrating additional CFTC-regulated exchanges like Crypto.com,” said Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto, Senior Vice President and General Manager of DraftKings Predictions.
“This collaboration meaningfully expands customer access to trade on sports and a broader range of prediction markets and also reinforces our focus on delivering a more comprehensive and engaging experience as the product continues to evolve.”
DraftKings Predictions will also offer prediction markets covering soccer, MMA, golf, boxing, tennis, and the Olympic Games in states where the product is available. These offerings complement existing sports and financial markets provided through CME Group.
Crypto.com is expected to support the introduction of additional event contract categories on DraftKings Predictions, including culture, entertainment, and politics. DraftKings said it plans to integrate Railbird Exchange into the platform in the coming months.

DraftKings Predictions allows eligible customers to participate in federally regulated event contracts, including sports event contracts, in states such as California, Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
