Suppliers, operators, regulators, and affiliates from across the gaming industry are set to support responsible gaming initiatives through the 27th Annual AGEM & AGA Golf Classic presented by JCM Global, with registration having opened on Feb. 5.
The event will take place on May 6 at SouthShore Country Club in Henderson, Nevada, and will serve as a fundraiser for the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG). Since its inception, the Golf Classic has raised more than $3 million to support ICRG research focused on the treatment and prevention of gambling-related harms.
Registration, sponsorship, and player opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis via golf.jcmglobal.com.
ICRG President Michael Soll highlighted the role of industry collaboration in sustaining the event, noting: “Our strong partnership with JCM, AGA, and AGEM makes this event – an ICRG mainstay – possible. Their efforts enable ground-breaking research into the effective treatment and prevention of gambling harms and provide the industry and its peers the tools necessary for conducting responsible gambling strategies.”
The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) and the American Gaming Association (AGA) return as title sponsors, while JCM Global continues as presenting sponsor. GGB Magazine will serve as media sponsor.
JCM Global SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak stated: “We invite the industry to join us on May 6 at SouthShore Country Club for this one-of-a-kind golf experience and to drive the success of the ICRG. For the past 27 years, it has been our honor at JCM Global to organize this philanthropic event that both supports the important work of the ICRG and unites the gaming industry with competitors standing side by side.”
SouthShore Country Club is Nevada’s first private Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, featuring a 6,903-yard championship layout designed around the area’s distinctive topography.
Multiple sponsorship levels are available to accommodate businesses of varying sizes. Further information is available at golf.jcmglobal.com.
