The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has placed 22 individuals on its Involuntary Exclusion Lists, barring them from gambling at casinos, video gaming terminal (VGT) locations, and online betting sites regulated by the state.
Five of those banned were adults who left children unattended while gambling at casino properties. One woman left two children, ages 8 and 9, alone in a hotel room at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows for more than seven hours while she played table games. Another left three children, ages 2, 6, and 12, in a vehicle at Hollywood Casino York for 29 minutes while gambling.
At Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino, a patron left a 10-year-old alone in a hotel room for more than three hours, while another left a 10-year-old in the bus lobby for 17 minutes. A fifth woman left a 9-year-old in a vehicle in the parking lot at Parx Casino for 23 minutes while gambling
Board officials said such actions underscore the dangers of leaving children unattended at casino properties and reminded the public that doing so is prohibited statewide. The agency continues to promote its child-safety awareness initiative, “Don’t Gamble with Kids,” which is featured at DontGamblewithKids.org.
The board also placed 12 other people on the Involuntary Casino Exclusion List and added five individuals to the Involuntary Interactive Exclusion List for committing fraud on online gaming or sports wagering platforms.
The actions raise the total number of people barred statewide to 1,491.
The Gaming Control Board will meet next at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, at the Strawberry Square Complex in Harrisburg. Agendas will be posted on the Board’s website before the meeting.
