Aristocrat Leisure Limited has announced the acquisition of Gaming Analytics for an undisclosed sum. Gaming Analytics is a US-based provider of AI-powered tools for real-time player analytics, slot optimization, and marketing automation, designed to operate alongside traditional casino management systems.
The scalable technology, featuring a seamless customer interface, is designed to enable casino operators to engage more effectively with their players. The strategic acquisition is expected to help enhance Aristocrat’s capabilities for platform operations, particularly by providing operators with real-time data collection, analytics, and personalized player engagement across land-based operations.
Gaming Analytics CEO Kiran Brahmandam and the team of more than 30 people working across the United States, Spain, India, and Canada have transitioned to Aristocrat as part of this acquisition. Brahmandam has assumed the new role of Managing Director, Gaming Analytics within Aristocrat. Gaming Analytics will continue to support the solutions currently provided to its existing customers.
Aristocrat has also recently announced two executive leadership appointments. Bob Serr has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, and Dafne Guisard has been appointed to the position of Chief Commercial Officer, EMEA.
Serr will commence this month, subject to any regulatory approvals. Based in the United States, he brings deep expertise in AI, emerging technologies, and enterprise-scale innovation. He previously held senior leadership roles at Microsoft (Azure Communication Services & IC3), Amazon (where he worked on Alexa Skills Kit), and Double Down Interactive.
Guisard joins Aristocrat in a newly created role to lead the company’s growth and expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in London, she brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across commercial growth, operations, and digital transformation in complex, regulated, multi-country environments.
