The HIPTHER Prague Summit will introduce a revamped HIPTHER Academy focused on applied artificial intelligence skills at its 10th anniversary edition in 2026, as organisers seek to shift attention from AI discussion to practical execution.
Held under the theme “Decoding the Future: 10 Years of Impact,” the summit will take place at the OREA Hotel Andels Praha on March 24–25, 2026, bringing together professionals from iGaming, eSports, blockchain, AI, fintech, compliance, and regulation.
The 2026 edition will emphasise what organizers described as “AI capability” over “AI talk,” positioning the HIPTHER Academy as an applied learning environment designed to move beyond theory and into execution.
The Academy will feature eight workshops, with programming structured around 80% hands-on AI sessions. Topics include operational use cases such as compliance automation, AI-driven workflows, and responsible implementation boundaries, as well as practical applications like “vibe coding.” The aim is to provide role-ready takeaways that participants can implement immediately in their workplaces.
Alongside technical AI training, the Academy will integrate sessions focused on human authority and reputational growth. Featured workshops include:
• From Profile to Authority: Positioning Your LinkedIn Presence for Trust by Marija Hammond
• Personality and High-Stakes Conversations in the Workplace” by Maria Loumpourdi
• How to Build a Company’s Reputation by Magdalena Radomska-Trzaska.
Additional sessions expanding the Academy’s practical scope include:
• Branding in the Attention Economy by Marija Hammond, brand advisor and speaker
• LinkedIn as a Dealflow Engine by Marie Zamecnikova, personal brand strategist and executive advisor
• Communications & Growth Execution by Wojciech Trzaska, chief communications officer at SB Software
• AI-Powered Marketing & PR by Uliana Korobeynikova, head of public relations at iAffiliate.
The programme will also feature AI insights from The Playa and Murmur Intelligence, with further expert-led workshops to be announced.
Zoltan Tündik, co-founder and head of business at HIPTHER, said the pace of AI-driven innovation had accelerated markedly over the past year.
“While 2025 was dominated by conversations about AI, 2026 is the year we are witnessing real acceleration. New developments, real projects, and genuinely useful tools are being created at unprecedented speed. I recently noticed this while recording a podcast: we no longer say ‘this wasn’t possible a few years ago.’ We now say, ‘this wasn’t possible a few months ago.’ That shift in language says everything about the pace of AI-driven innovation,” he said.
“The market will not reward AI commentary anymore. It will reward AI capability. That’s exactly why the HIPTHER Academy focuses on practical application, giving professionals the ability to execute, not just discuss. In 2026, competitive advantage belongs to those who can apply AI confidently, responsibly, and effectively in real business environments.”
With the expanded Academy format, the Prague summit aims to position itself not only as a conference but as a career development platform, equipping professionals with both technical AI skills and reputational capital in an increasingly AI-driven market.
