Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket has reported $28.6 million in slot machine revenue for January 2026, leading to a $7.2 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut.

The contribution follows the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s longstanding slot revenue agreement with the state of Connecticut.

Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has contributed more than $4.8 billion from Foxwoods’ slot revenue to Connecticut’s budget, supporting state programs and services.

Foxwoods Resort Casino opens new poker room in The Fox Tower

In September last year, the property unveiled a new poker room in The Fox Tower, expanding its gaming offerings. The opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live dealing, and a $25,000 hot seat giveaway.

“From day one, Foxwoods has been about energy, evolution, and putting our guests first,” said Jason Guyot, President & CEO, Foxwoods Resort Casino. “The new poker room is a statement of pace, comfort, and competition – delivering an unrivaled experience for every player.”

Guests will find upgraded amenities, easy access to dining and nightlife, improved parking, and a direct connection to Foxwoods’ recently renovated hotel. The poker room itself is equipped with automated sign-up kiosks, 37 high-definition TVs streaming live sports and poker, and nearby DraftKings Sportsbook kiosks.
