Agua Caliente Casinos has appointed Jennifer Reese, a seasoned gaming and hospitality executive with over 25 years of experience, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City.
In the role, she will lead the property’s team with oversight of operations, guest experience, and long-term growth planning.
Reese began her career in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in branding and marketing roles with Tropicana Casino and Trump Entertainment Resorts.
She later joined Las Vegas Sands as part of the opening leadership team at Sands Bethlehem, where she led brand marketing and public relations strategies. Reese then served on the opening team at Valley Forge Casino Resort as executive director of marketing.
In 2013, she joined the senior executive team at Foxwoods Resort Casino, overseeing marketing and brand strategy following the property’s separation from MGM Resorts International.
Reese first worked with Agua Caliente Casinos in 2018 as an external marketing consultant. She collaborated with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand strategies in the Southern California market. During that period, she contributed to a rebrand that unified the company’s properties under the Agua Caliente name.
After stepping away during the pandemic, Reese returned in 2024 as a senior marketing executive consultant and strategic adviser. Her appointment to general manager follows that advisory role.

Opened in November 2020, Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City is a 38,000-square-foot, non-smoking facility operating 24/7. The property includes gaming, weekly live entertainment, multiple dining venues, the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar, and Agave Caliente Terraza, an outdoor entertainment pavilion.
