B2B solutions provider Slotegrator has launched a pilot version of an AI-powered assistant within its Anti-fraud module, introducing new analytical functionality for iGaming operators.
The assistant is designed to convert analytical data already available in the Anti-fraud dashboard into structured summaries and practical insights. The system does not generate new data and does not execute automated actions. It operates exclusively on information contained within the existing dashboard environment.
Upon entering the Anti-fraud module, users can activate the AI assistant and select one of three predefined questions:
- What is the overall risk situation?
- Which risk categories are currently the most critical?
- What should be prioritized right now?
The system processes the dashboard metrics and delivers a concise overview of the current risk landscape, identifying patterns and potential areas of concern without requiring manual review of multiple charts and reports.
The functionality applies at both the project and player levels. At the project level, it provides a general assessment of risk indicators across the dashboard. Within the Player Overview section, the assistant generates summaries based on individual player behavior indicators. This supports risk management and customer support teams in assessing activity that may require attention.
The tool is positioned for use by new operators and by teams handling multiple projects with significant volumes of risk-related data.
The AI assistant functions strictly as a support tool. The AI Anti-fraud assistant does not replace a lawyer or a compliance officer — it cannot block a player or impose restrictions. It can provide analytical recommendations, but the final decision is always taken by a human.
The assistant does not process or expose personal data of players or clients. All analytics rely solely on anonymized numerical indicators and internal system metrics.
Slotegrator said the introduction of the AI assistant into anti-fraud analytics aligns with ongoing adoption of intelligent automation and decision-support tools within iGaming, rather than full automation of sensitive operational processes.
