SOFTSWISS has joined the Associação Nacional de Jogos e Loterias (ANJL), becoming the first technology provider within Brazil’s national association for games and lotteries. The move places a platform supplier inside formal industry discussions with regulators and government bodies.
ANJL represents licensed operators and stakeholders in Brazil’s betting and lottery sector. The association works with regulators and public authorities to support a transparent and regulated market. It also participates in discussions related to compliance, responsible gambling and industry practices.
SOFTSWISS said that its participation contributes compliance expertise, market experience and a commitment to responsible growth within Brazil’s regulated ecosystem.
Board role for Carla Dualib
Alongside the membership, Carla Dualib, Business Development Manager for Brazil at SOFTSWISS, has joined the ANJL Board as Communications Director. She will continue in her current position at the company.
“Brazil’s regulated market is entering a new phase where communication, collaboration, and shared standards matter more than ever,” said Dualib. “ANJL plays an essential role in bringing the industry together, and I am honoured to contribute to initiatives that support responsible growth and a strong long-term market framework.”
In her board capacity, Dualib will focus on industry dialogue, professional engagement and communication between operators and regulators in support of Brazil’s regulated market development.
Dualib joined SOFTSWISS in 2023. She brings nearly three decades of experience in marketing, sports and business development, contributing local market knowledge and industry contacts to the association’s communications activities.
“We have been looking for this kind of expertise to strengthen our communications and industry engagement. Carla brings strong credibility in Brazil and a deep understanding of the market. Her role aligns with ANJL’s mission to support a transparent and sustainable regulated sector,” said ANJL President Plínio Lemos Jorge.
