Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has become the first test laboratory accredited by the Caja de Asistencia Social – Lotería de Santa Fe in Argentina. The approval authorizes GLI to test and certify gaming machines, online games, systems, and platforms for the province.
“We are grateful to the esteemed members of the Lotería de Santa Fe for this important and historic accreditation,” said Karen Sierra-Hughes, GLI Vice President of Latin America, Caribbean, and Spain. “Achieving these types of accreditations is challenging, and once again, GLI has risen to the occasion to benefit both regulators and suppliers.”
The Santa Fe approval adds to GLI’s existing certifications in Argentina, where the company provides testing and certification services across multiple jurisdictions.
The accreditation enables suppliers and operators seeking entry into the Santa Fe jurisdiction to obtain required testing and certification through GLI. The scope of the authorization covers land-based gaming machines as well as online games and related systems and platforms.
“Argentina continues to be a dynamic country for gaming, and we are honored to be selected for this accreditation and to enable a pathway for suppliers and operators to enter the Santa Fe jurisdiction with the full and proper testing and certification that only GLI can provide,” Sierra-Hughes added.
GLI has maintained a local presence in Argentina and throughout Latin America for more than two decades.
