Caesars Entertainment has opened its new Caesars Race & Sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin, establishing the first retail Caesars Sportsbook location in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas.
The opening included a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by executives from Caesars Entertainment and The Resort at Summerlin. Former Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Deryk Engelland placed a ceremonial first bet during the event.
The sportsbook operates on the casino floor and spans nearly 6,000 square feet. The venue includes a video wall and is scheduled to add a 360-degree LED video display at the expanded sportsbook bar before summer 2026.

Twenty Caesars Sportsbook self-service betting kiosks are installed within the sportsbook and across the casino floor. The kiosks provide access to wagering markets that mirror the ones available on the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.
The location also offers in-person registration for the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app for the first time at a physical sportsbook in Summerlin. Patrons can also conduct mobile cash deposits and withdrawals on site.
“Opening Caesars Race & Sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin is a significant milestone for our brand in Las Vegas,” said Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital. “This location allows us to better serve sports fans in the Summerlin community with a retail and mobile experience that reflects the quality, depth, and innovation that define Caesars Sportsbook.”
“Our guests have been asking for this, and we’re proud to officially open Caesars Race & Sportsbook as part of the continued evolution of The Resort at Summerlin,” said Michelle McHugh, Vice President and General Manager of The Resort at Summerlin.
“As the first Caesars Race & Sportsbook in Summerlin, this opening underscores the strength of our market, and we’re excited to offer an experience that resonates with locals and visitors alike.”
Caesars Race & Sportsbook opens at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. Counter betting assistance is generally available until 9 or 10 p.m., while self-service kiosks operate 24/7. Additional information about sportsbook hours is available on the casino’s website.

Since its launch in 2021, the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app has received multiple updates, including the addition of the Universal Digital Wallet.
The Universal Digital Wallet is currently available in 27 jurisdictions. The system allows customers visiting Nevada to access funds across most markets where Caesars Sportsbook operates. The mobile app offers wagering options including Same Game Parlays, player props, futures and live in-play betting markets. The platform also provides livestreaming for thousands of sporting events within the application.
Caesars Sportsbook is available to users aged 21 and older. Responsible gaming tools on the platform include Deposit Limits, Spending Limits, Daily Time Limits and Cool Off Time Limits.
