The expansion represents our continued commitment to reinvesting in the guest experience and ensuring MGM National Harbor remains a premier destination as we approach our 10th anniversary.
It’s a reflection of how we’ve listened, learned, and evolved over the past decade, and how we’re positioning the property for the next era of growth and innovation.
How did guest feedback, player trends, or market demand influence the design and layout of the new High Limit spaces?
We are in continuous dialogue with our guests, so guest feedback played a significant role in shaping the space, from creating more privacy and comfort to expanding gaming options and enhancing service touchpoints.
We also analyzed player trends and demand carefully to design an environment that feels both elevated and welcoming, while giving our guests the flexibility and personalization they’ve come to expect. The expansion added 4,000 sq. ft., more slot machines, and additional table games.
How do these upgrades elevate the premium gaming experience for guests?
By expanding to 14,000 square feet, doubling our High Limit slots, and adding additional table game capacity, we’re able to offer more choice, more space, and a more seamless experience for our guests.
These upgrades allow us to accommodate demand while delivering the level of comfort, exclusivity, options, and service that defines premium gaming at MGM National Harbor.
Can you walk us through some of the design choices—like the crystal ceilings, millwork, and backlit stone—and how they contribute to a more luxurious High Limit environment?
Every design element was thoughtfully selected to create a sophisticated and immersive atmosphere, from the elegance of the grand chandelier and crystal ceiling features to the warmth of custom millwork and the richness of stone.
Together, they create a sense of arrival and refinement that elevates the overall experience the moment guests step inside. The whole space shares a unified design but also has unique features to highlight each section.
How does the Flexible Gaming Room help MGM National Harbor respond to guest demand and special events, and why is adaptability important in today’s casino operations?
The Flexible Gaming Room allows us to quickly adapt the space, whether that’s adding additional table games, transforming it for special events and tournaments, or creating a customized experience within a private parlor.
