Affilka by SOFTSWISS has partnered with Gaming Operations Academy to support a three-day Affiliate Management Course scheduled for January 13–15, targeting operator-side professionals responsible for building and running affiliate programs in the iGaming sector.
The program is primarily intended for affiliate managers working within operators, including specialists tasked with launching and managing affiliate programs, recruiting partners, negotiating promotional terms, monitoring performance, and maintaining long-term relationships.
The curriculum is also positioned for general and marketing managers, business owners, HR professionals, and affiliates seeking a structured view of affiliate channels, with attention to traffic quality and efficiency assessment.
Anastasiya Baravaya, CEO at Affilka by SOFTSWISS, said: “Affiliate management today requires much more than traffic acquisition. It spans strategy, trust, data, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market. Partnering with Gaming Operations Academy allows us to share practical experience from working with hundreds of brands and affiliate teams, helping participants build programmes that are sustainable, transparent, and commercially successful.”
According to the organizers, the course addresses day-to-day operations alongside longer-term planning. Topics include identifying and segmenting affiliates, approaches to partner engagement, deal negotiation in budget-limited scenarios and performance evaluation using real-world cases. Sessions also cover risk management, commission structures and the fundamentals of structuring an affiliate program that aligns commercial objectives with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
Elaine Gardiner-Ruddock, Managing Director at TAG Media and Affiliate Management Academy Course Director, added: “Affiliate managers today are expected to perform a constant balancing act – driving growth in an increasingly competitive market while navigating regulatory pressure and a rapidly evolving affiliate landscape. The real challenge isn’t scale, but sustainability: building strategies that attract the right partners, adapt to changing engagement models, and remain resilient over the long term.
“This course empowers affiliate managers to make informed, data-driven decisions using proven methods for recruiting, scaling, and optimising affiliates. Partnering with Affilka allows us to bring these methods to life through real-world scenarios, giving managers the tools and insights needed to execute smarter and more effectively.”
Gaming Operations Academy operates as a training and recruitment organization serving the global gaming sector. Its CPD-accredited programs cover affiliate management, online gaming, sports betting, compliance, AML, and responsible gaming, supporting companies ranging from early-stage startups to established operators.
Following the course, Affilka by SOFTSWISS is scheduled to attend iGB Affiliate Barcelona on January 20–21. The company said current and prospective partners can visit stand 81-K30 to meet the team and discuss the use of the platform within affiliate marketing operations.
