MGM Resorts International has introduced a new invite-only rewards program focused on guests who spend heavily at its properties without gambling. Known as the Fountain Club by MGM, the program is currently in a soft launch phase and caters to “high-value, nongaming guests,” according to a company spokesperson.
Fountain Club members receive a range of premium benefits, including personalized concierge service, exclusive event invitations, priority reservations across MGM properties, luxury-suite booking privileges, complimentary airport transfers, and VIP check-in.
A select group of guests received invitations late last year and were recently issued rewards cards presented in a gold-trimmed gift box. MGM said additional invitations may be sent this year but declined to disclose how many guests are currently enrolled.
“The early response so far has been incredibly positive from our guests,” the spokesperson said. Chief Marketing Officer Joey Wattoo noted that the program reflects evolving visitor preferences in Las Vegas.
“The development of the Fountain Club reflects a long-standing trend we’ve seen among Las Vegas visitors who are increasingly drawn to nongaming experiences from luxury accommodations and dining to entertainment and events,” he said.
The launch comes as Las Vegas continues to attract nongambling tourism through large-scale events such as the Formula One Grand Prix and the upcoming Super Bowl. MGM operates nine casinos and four nongaming hotels on the Strip.
