Software and business solutions provider Slotegrator has introduced what it describes as the online gambling industry’s first AI-powered digital assistant designed specifically for payment integration, with the Moneygrator AI Bot officially presented at ICE 2026 in Barcelona.
The tool was presented to operators, technical teams, and industry specialists during the event, positioning it as a new layer of automation within Moneygrator, Slotegrator’s payment infrastructure solution for online casino and sportsbook operators.
Moneygrator provides a unified system for connecting, managing, and optimising multiple payment providers across different markets. The AI bot extends this framework by offering 24/7 access to payment-related information directly within the platform, reducing reliance on manual support processes.
Payment integration is widely regarded as one of the most resource-intensive stages of launching iGaming and online projects, due to variations in local payment methods, regulatory requirements, commission structures, and technical logic. According to the company, the AI bot is designed to address these challenges by handling up to 80% of standard payment-related queries that would typically require interaction with an account manager.
By delivering structured responses within minutes, the tool aims to shorten decision-making timelines and accelerate the transition from integration to launch.
Moneygrator positions the AI bot as a support mechanism rather than a replacement for human specialists, with routine queries handled automatically while complex cases continue to be managed by technical teams and account managers.
“Moneygrator AI Bot was created to solve a very practical problem — the lack of speed in accessing critical payment information,” says Maxim Petrov, vendor partnership specialist (payments) at Moneygrator. “Teams need answers immediately, especially during integration and launch phases. The bot we created gives them this speed, while our experts remain fully involved where deep expertise and custom logic are required.”
The launch reflects a broader industry move toward intelligent automation in payment infrastructure, as suppliers seek to improve scalability and operational efficiency for online businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
