SOFTSWISS will begin a LinkedIn Live Panel Series featuring a schedule of live discussions focused on operational developments, product insights, and trends shaping the iGaming industry. The initiative is intended to create a structured forum for experience-based dialogue on issues affecting operators working across regulated markets.

The first session, titled Stop Losing Talent: Seven Smart Steps for Hiring in 2026, will take place on 20 March at 13:00 CEST via LinkedIn Live. The discussion will examine talent acquisition and retention challenges in the iGaming sector and explore approaches companies can use to attract and retain professionals in a competitive cross-border labor market.

The panel will feature Natalia Perkowska, Deputy Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS; Sergey Kastukevich, Deputy Chief Technology Officer at SOFTSWISS; Andrew Cook, Head of Conexus Leadership at The Conexus Group; and Alastair Cleland, Managing Director at Pentasia. The session is being organized in partnership with Pentasia, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the iGaming and digital sectors.

During the webinar, panelists will discuss seven practical steps aimed at strengthening hiring strategies and will examine both visible and less apparent gaps that can emerge during recruitment processes. The session will also analyze examples of hiring practices currently used in the industry, including approaches that have proven effective as well as those that have produced weaker outcomes.

Insights presented in the discussion will draw on findings from the forthcoming 2026 iGaming Talent Trends Report, developed by SOFTSWISS in partnership with Pentasia. The report combines operational insights from SOFTSWISS across regulated markets with recruitment data and hiring intelligence gathered by Pentasia, including survey responses from more than 90 B2B and B2C industry leaders.

Ahead of the event, professionals across the iGaming sector are invited to submit questions for the panel discussion. Questions may be directed to specific speakers or to the topic, with selected submissions addressed during the live session.

Olga Resiga, Chief Business Development Officer at SOFTSWISS / CBDO at SOFTSWISS, commented: “The LinkedIn Live Panel Series is part of our broader commitment to industry thought leadership.

We see it as a platform for structured, experience-driven discussion around the challenges operators face today. Our focus is not only on sharing expertise, but on contributing to a more informed and transparent professional dialogue across the iGaming sector.”
