Yesterday, Wednesday the 18th, the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center hosted the first day of SAGSE South America. Day one of the renowned expo saw a notable turnout, with leading figures from Argentina and across Latin America’s gaming industry in attendance.
In the morning, the conference program took place, featuring regulators, experts, and company representatives from the region, who discussed the latest trends and challenges facing the gaming sector.

Following the presentations and the now traditional networking cocktail for invited guests, the customary ribbon-cutting ceremony was held. Participating were regulatory authorities, including Jesús Acevedo (President of LOTBA), Gonzalo Atanasof (President of the Buenos Aires IPLyC), along with Alan Burak and Nora Rinaldi (SAGSE organizers).

With the official opening completed, the exhibition floor was filled with visitors exploring the various stands to discover products and services from the industry’s leading companies.
Throughout the day, the SAGSE Awards were presented, recognizing key players across strategic areas such as Regulation, Responsible Gaming, Technology, Compliance, Product, Operations, Marketing, Payments, and Industry Communication.

This Thursday, the exhibition floor remains open, with top supplier and manufacturer brands showcasing their latest innovations, ready to welcome attendees and explore potential connections and partnerships.
The day will conclude with the Gran Gala del Juego at the Hipódromo de Palermo, an exclusive event for 150 VIP executives held at an iconic venue, bringing together leading figures from the gaming industry for an evening of networking, competitions, and awards.
