The tournament formed one stop of the ongoing Highest Five series, which features multiple high buy-in competitions and prize pools that consistently range from six to seven figures. The BIG Fatty 6-Max event generated a total prize pool of $510,000 and attracted a competitive field during a period of intensified online poker activity.

Moneymaker, widely recognized for winning the 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event, continues to participate actively in both live and online poker circuits.
