PokerStars has added two European stops to its 2026 live poker calendar, confirming the return of the European Poker Tour in Prague and a new PokerStars Open event in Aix-en-Provence, France.
The PokerStars Open Aix-en-Provence will run from November 2 to 8 at Pasino GRAND Partouche Aix-en-Provence in Southern France, north of Marseilles. The event will be held in partnership with Texapoker and will feature a week-long tournament schedule with a mix of accessible buy-ins and higher-level competition.
EPT Prague will follow from December 2 to 13 at the Hilton Prague, returning as one of the established stops on the EPT calendar. The 11-day festival is expected to draw thousands of players and will include the EPT Main Event, a High Roller event, and a schedule of side events and formats.
Both newly confirmed stops will count toward the PokerStars Live League, under which players earn points across European PokerStars Live events during the year. The league is divided into High, Medium, and Low leaderboard tiers, with more than €150,000 in PokerStars LIVE credit to be awarded to the top three finishers in each tier at the end of the year. The top 30 finishers in each tier will also qualify for a live freeroll with a €100,000 ($117,017) prize pool at the first EPT of 2027.
All EPT and PokerStars Open events are eligible for leaderboard points. The next opportunity for players to earn points will be at PokerStars EPT Monte Carlo, scheduled from April 30 to May 10.
Last year’s EPT Prague festival drew players from around the world, with more than 1,200 entries in the Main Event and a prize pool of more than €5.9 million ($6.9 million). The Main Event was won by Matan Krakow, a 44-year-old former journalist from Israel, who secured more than €770,000.

“We’re delighted to bring players two more incredible live events and welcome the return of EPT Prague,” said Cédric Billot, Associate Director, Live Events. “Each stop offers a unique experience and world-class competition and strengthens an already exciting 2026 schedule. We look forward to welcoming everyone for another standout year of live poker.”
Other confirmed PokerStars Live events for 2026 include EPT Monte Carlo from April 30 to May 10, PokerStars Open Namur from May 27 to June 7, PokerStars Open Malaga from June 22 to 28, and EPT Barcelona from August 16 to 29.
EPT Monte Carlo will be held on the Mediterranean circuit as a high-stakes EPT stop. PokerStars Open Namur will take place at Namur Casino in Belgium, while PokerStars Open Malaga will be held at Gran Madrid Casino Torrequebrada in Malaga. EPT Barcelona is scheduled for Casino Barcelona, where thousands of players are expected for 14 days of competition and festival activity.
