Average hotel rates rose 36.2 percent from summer 2016 to summer 2025, according to historical data from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. The post COVID-19 pandemic tourism boom helped elevate the rates, peaking in 2024. Despite a decline the following year, ADRs remain above rates seen in the late 2010s.
