Sportsbook technology provider FIRST.bet has integrated its managed sportsbook with Pragmatic Solutions‘ player account management (PAM) platform, expanding its offering to operators across regulated gaming markets.
The integration makes FIRST.bet’s sportsbook engine available through the Pragmatic Solutions ecosystem, giving operators access to its trading platform, risk management tools and managed services alongside Pragmatic Solutions’ PAM infrastructure.
The integration combines FIRST.bet’s sportsbook technology with Pragmatic Solutions’ player account management platform, allowing operators to manage sportsbook, casino, payments, compliance, customer relationship management (CRM), reporting and third-party services through a single infrastructure while retaining control over their front-end products and vendor strategy.
FIRST.bet sportsbook is already live within the Pragmatic Solutions ecosystem, making its managed sportsbook offering available to operators on the platform. The sportsbook includes advanced in-play betting and player engagement features.
“This is a major step for FIRST.bet. Operators don’t need another basic sportsbook connection – they need real trading depth, product innovation and managed execution that moves the business,” Tom Light, Founder and CEO of FIRST.bet, said in a statement.
“That’s exactly where we focus: a sportsbook engineered to perform, run by a team that owns the result. Being available through Pragmatic Solutions puts that in front of operators who are serious about competing in sports,” he added.
Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, said: “Sportsbook remains a core component of the product offering for many operators, particularly in regulated markets where flexibility, compliance, and speed to market are important.
“FIRST.bet brings a strong sportsbook product to our platform ecosystem, giving operators access to a modular product with proven in-play and player engagement capabilities,” Lang said.
FIRST.bet’s offering includes SportOS, an open application programming interface (API) that allows operators to build and customise betting products, and GMFY, its sportsbook gamification platform designed to improve player engagement and retention. The sportsbook also includes features such as Bet Builder, Player Props, Cash Out, Early Payout, ACCA Promotions, Fast Markets and SnapBet.
FIRST.bet was named Sportsbook Supplier of the Year at the SBC Awards 2025 and the EGR LATAM Awards in 2025 and 2026, as well as Best Sportsbook Provider at the BiS SiGMA South America Awards 2026. Pragmatic Solutions was named Full-Service Platform of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards 2026.
