Gambling.com Group Limited has rebranded as Grandstand Limited, a move the company says reflects its expansion beyond performance marketing into sports, gaming, data, and technology services.

The company’s ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol GRSD on 23 July, replacing GAMB.

The rebranding comes five years after the company’s initial public offering in July 2021, during which it diversified its business through acquisitions and expanded its portfolio of data, technology, content, and audience solutions.

Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment,” said Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Grandstand. “The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”

The company said the new corporate identity distinguishes Grandstand from its consumer-facing Gambling.com brand, which will continue operating as a gambling comparison and reviews website.

Grandstand’s consumer portfolio includes brands such as OddsJam, RotoWire, Gambling.com, Casinos.com, and WhichBingo, serving users with sports betting, casino, fantasy sports, and travel-related content.

Grandstand noted that its partner business is organised into four segments. Its sports data business, operated through OpticOdds and RotoWire, provides real-time odds, line movement, injury updates, and sports content to sportsbooks, trading desks, market makers, fantasy sports platforms, and sports media companies.

Its advertising unit delivers marketing and advertising technology services for casino and sportsbook operators, whilst its audience monetisation business provides technology and commercial services that help media companies, mobile apps, online communities, and content creators generate revenue through Grandstand Partners.

The company also operates an entertainment and ticketing business through Spotlight.Vegas, which provides ticketing and experience services for casinos, hotels, and entertainment venues in Las Vegas.

The group said the name change does not affect its Nasdaq listing, and existing shareholders are not required to take any action.
