A social media campaign launched to find an inspiring sporting dream in Argentina has turned into an unforgettable journey for 13-year-old runner Ticiano Benavidez from Santa Fe.
Earlier this year, Timeless Passion, a social impact initiative created by Timeless Tech, launched Dare to Dream Argentina through Instagram. People from across the country were invited to share their personal stories, sporting ambitions, and the challenges standing between them and their dreams.

The campaign attracted numerous applications, but Ticiano’s story immediately stood out.
Ticiano lives with Autism Spectrum Disorder and has developed a deep passion for running. For him, sport is not simply a physical activity. Running provides freedom, confidence, and a way to connect with the world around him.
He first discovered Dare to Dream Argentina through a campaign video shared by Argentine runner and content creator Nacho. The video reached a large audience and encouraged many people to apply. After reviewing the submissions, Timeless Passion selected Ticiano as the campaign winner and committed to supporting the next steps of his sporting journey.
His first major milestone took place on 12 July 2026, when he participated in the La Ciudad Corre 10K event in Santiago del Estero.
Timeless Passion supported the experience by helping organise the journey, accommodation, race participation, insurance and additional logistics. Ticiano also received a GPS sports watch to assist him during his future training.
A dedicated production team followed Ticiano throughout the event, documenting everything from the preparations and anticipation before the start to his arrival at the finish line.
However, the defining moment came after the race.
Nacho, who won the competition, presented Ticiano with his own first-place trophy. The unexpected gesture became one of the most emotional moments of the day and represented far more than a sporting award. It was a sign of encouragement, recognition and respect from one runner to another.
According to Ticiano’s mother, the event became a day he will remember for the rest of his life. The experience allowed him not only to complete an important personal challenge, but also to feel supported and celebrated by the wider running community.
For Timeless Passion, the project demonstrates how access, encouragement and meaningful opportunities can create a lasting impact on young athletes and their families.
Ticiano’s journey is not over. His next challenge will be a trail race in Villa Carlos Paz in August 2026, where he will experience new terrain and take another step forward in his development as a runner.
What began with a single Instagram application has become a story of confidence, inclusion and determination—and Ticiano is only getting started.
