GR8_TECH will bring its Acceler8 Lab operator education programme to SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon, with three days of 30-minute sessions focused on operational, commercial, leadership, and technology challenges in iGaming.
The programme will take place at GR8_TECH’s Champions Arena at booth C416 from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 and will be delivered in partnership with Go Academy.
The first day, on Sept. 29, will focus on “Operational Performance”, with sessions covering revenue leakage, conversion and retention, and the challenges operators face during the first months of entering new markets.
The second day, Sept. 30, will focus on “People and Performance”, including player onboarding, management development, compliance training, and helping new employees become productive faster.
The third day, Oct. 1, will focus on “Future-Ready Operators”, examining how operators can prepare for changes in the industry. Sessions will cover the future of sportsbook trading models, scaling efficiently across multiple markets, the changing role of people in AI-enabled organisations, and continuous learning.
The programme will bring together industry specialists including Andrew Visser, Elaine Gardiner, Shanta Segabon, Fernando Garita, Arjan Korstjens, Nikolas Lotz, Viktoriia Grygorenko, Bartek Borkowski and Jochen Biewer.
“Acceler8 Lab is for useful conversations. We bring together people who know the industry, give them a focused topic, and create a space where operators can pick up ideas they can take straight back to their teams,” Sergey Ghazaryan, CRO at GR8_TECH, said.
Places at the sessions will be limited, with the programme designed to provide operators with practical discussions and ideas that can be applied to their businesses.
