iGaming software company Blurify has introduced a licensing checklist for its Openora AI-native casino framework, outlining how the open-source platform aligns with regulatory requirements across multiple iGaming jurisdictions.
The checklist covers anti-money laundering checks, player protection, payments, security, and game data collection. It identifies which parts of Openora already correspond with individual licensing requirements, which functions can be configured and which compliance obligations remain the responsibility of operators.
The framework is being assessed against requirements in markets including those overseen by the Malta Gaming Authority, Brazil’s Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas, the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the Anjouan Gaming Board. The update is intended to help operators of different sizes understand how Openora can be deployed under licensing regimes in those jurisdictions.
Openora is also being developed as an iGaming marketplace. Blurify is providing access alongside the framework to integrations covering game providers, sportsbooks, payment solutions and customer service software, allowing operators to manage multiple technology components from a single source.
The framework uses AI as part of its core architecture. Blurify said future regulatory changes can be translated into tested platform changes through a combination of AI assistants and human oversight, with the aim of reducing the need for lengthy back-end development when licensing requirements change.
