ita Media Group has acquired European affiliate network AffiliSearch, the Danish company announced last Friday. This business development is expected to open “an even faster path to growth” for Vita, according to a press release.
Vita, a Top 20 Affiliate for 2021, according to EGR Power Affiliates’ list for 2021, says AffiliSearch will operate as an integrated part of its business vertical OMG Affiliates in the future. It is expected this latest acquisition will broaden the company’s verticals and improve the commercial offer for all its stakeholders.
“Our company is expanding once again. Our collective effort of growing activities is translating into higher Danish expertise in iGaming,” said Jimmi Meilstrup, Chief Executive Officer at Vita Media Group. “We feel ready to take over and set a leading example for the complete affiliate experience.”
Danish company AffiliSearch was founded in 2009. It operates in different European markets, with the UK being the leading one. Melstrup believes the investment made by Vita will increase the quality of the company’s commercial offer “in several layers.”
Moreover, the acquisition consolidates the expansion of the OMG Affiliates platform, which has progressed towards growth opportunities “on multiple occasions” in little less than 2 years since launch. With this new development, it “confirms its market position” as a fast-growing affiliate program, stated Elena Shokarovska, Head of Affiliates at Vita Media Group and Head of OMG Affiliates.
In the next period, Vita is set to maximize its efforts in integrating the affiliate base of AffiliSearch and welcoming the affiliates with a personalized approach. This is expected to result in maximizing traffic and “overall business growth” for the company’s affiliates.
AffiliSearch has also commented on the acquisition, which it believes to be “a positive development” for its operations. “I am more than happy that another Danish company is taking over the wheel of our network, prepared to bring it to new heights with exclusive brands,” stated Mads Nicholas, CMO of AffiliSearch.
The current year has proved to be a positive one for Vita Media Group, particularly in its growth efforts. The company made it to the Affiliate of the year shortlist at the EGR Nordics 2021, EGR Operator Awards 2021, and a Top 3 spot in Casino Product at the iGaming Idol Awards.
The OMG Affiliates business vertical managed to make the Rising Star shortlist both at the iGB Affiliate Awards 2021 and the EGR Operator Awards 2021. Earlier this year, Vita Media Group solidified its growth case by the acquisition of Trada Casino.
