The Philadelphia Flyers announced Thursday a new marketing partnership with Betway, becoming the second professional sports team in the most populous city in Pennsylvania during the past two weeks to sign with Super Group’s global online sports betting brand.

Under this new alliance, the company’s branding will be displayed on the ice and on the boards during the hockey team’s home games and on its social media sites. 

Mike Shane, Chief Business Officer for the Flyers, spoke about this new partnership and said: “As an organization, we focus on partnering with innovative, forward-thinking brands who understand not only where the sports industry is right now but also where it’s going. This partnership with Betway is a great match for our organization”.

Anthony Werkman, CEO of Betway, added: “Continuing the growth of the brand, we’re thrilled to add the Philadelphia Flyers to our burgeoning North American portfolio.”
