SOFTSWISS announced Thursday the launch of its Game Aggregator’s client version of its back office, which will now be available to all customers of the solution. The Game Agreggator back office can be accessed by both clients operating on the SOFTSWISS Online Casino Platform as well as those using third-party platforms.

Thanks to the update, clients will gain access to their brands’ data. This will bridge the gap between operators and game providers and speed up verifications and checks. Nonetheless, Game Aggregator account managers will still offer full assistance if needed.

Clients without the involvement of SOFTSWISS will now be able to export information about tournament winners, check game rounds and additional transactions within these rounds as well as track fraud players on their own.

The company also stated that the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator team “is working to meet clients’ needs on an ongoing basis”.

The product’s roadmap for next year includes the addition of tournaments, retention tools and a strengthened loyalty scheme for casinos. This will extend the functionality for Game Aggregator clients who do not operate on the SOFTSWISS Online Casino Platform. In this case, they will have access to promotional tools to ensure greater player engagement and operator security.

The current version of the back office will be continuously improved and updated with new reports and tools.

Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of Game Aggregator Department at SOFTSWISS, spoke in an official press release about the news and said: “The launch of the back office will make client interaction with SOFTSWISS managers as easy as possible. Undoubtedly, this will have a positive impact on both the speed and efficiency of work. Our clients have been eager to have direct access to game provider bet logs and history, we are now happy to avail them of this. We will soon be rolling out other updates to the Game Aggregator back office.”
