Aristocrat will showcase its latest cabinets and games specially developed for the Latin America at booth #58 of Peru Gaming Show (PGS), to be held on Wednesday and Thursday at the Jockey Exhibition Center in Lima. In order to have first-hand details of its exhibition, Yogonet spoke with Tom O’Brien, President of the Americas and EMEA at Aristocrat.

Which product line-up has Aristocrat selected in order to meet the demands of the particular and diverse Latam markets that will be represented at Peru Gaming Show?

We are bringing our high performing award-winning Helix XT and Helix plus cabinets to PGS. The Helix XT is the latest in portrait cabinet technology; building on the success of ATIs ARC slant portrait we have built a portrait cabinet on an Upright footprint. HELIX XT is complete with a 43” curved 4K resolution screen, enhanced button deck and light shows across both topper and edge lighting. The Helix XT boasts a seamless portrait gaming experience which will take the player experience to the next level.

Which are the company’s key goals and expectations for the event?

Our goal is to put on display the three principles that guided us into the new normal: our employees, our customers, and amplify our commitment to our business in Latin America in that order. Our team in the region have partnered with our customers to deliver outstanding service and solutions during these past two years. It is also a great opportunity for us to work with our partner in Peru, Panamerican International Gaming.

Which markets do you target in particular with your presence there?

For the show we are expecting our customers from Peru to attend, and we are excited to meet them in person. We are committed to being their vendor of choice and look forward to supporting them with great service and high-performance products that meet their expectations.

As in-person events keep coming back, Aristocrat has not exhibited at a major gathering like ICE 2022, but it has attended other events afterwards, like SAGSE Latam. What takeaways and learnings have you acquired in Buenos Aires, that could be complemented and reflected in Lima? What’s your assessment of this in-person comeback so far, and what impact is it having in your regional business strategies and outlooks?

This year Aristocrat participated in shows like IGA in the US and SAGSE in Argentina. We learned that trade shows are about connections and that there is no substitute for face-to-face. PGS will provide great opportunities for networking and collaboration.

Which other events are you attending this year?

We’ll be participating at G2E this year. As the leading provider of games in the industry, supported by our continued investment in game development and design, we plan to have our latest cabinets and games specially developed for LATAM on display during the show. We welcome our customers from Peru, and all Latin America, to come and visit our booth. Our team is ready to provide the best gaming solutions for their casino floors. We are proud of our achievements in the region and work hard to maintain our customer’s preference.
