The organizers of the Peru Gaming Show (PGS) announced that its 2023 edition will add an extra day to the event, in order to carry out an activity dedicated exclusively to networking. They confirmed that the fair will be held on June 13, 14 and 15 next year.

In a statement on Tuesday, they pointed out that in the latest edition, which took place on June 15 and 16 of this year, due to the large number of visitors who attended the fair, “there was little time left for the key representatives of each company to connect with each other.”

Affiliated Marketing Group (AMG), the company that organizes the show, said that, for this reason, they decided to add “an extra day for PGS 2023”. “We are pleased to announce that, for next year’s show, we will have a Networking Cocktail Party on the evening of June 13,” they said.

About the new event, they specified that it “will be limited to key decision-makers and executives of exhibitors and operators, and will be by invitation only.” They also added that “this event will be followed by our traditional program on June 14 and 15, with conferences in the morning from 10:00 to 14:00, followed by the opening of the exhibition area until 20:00.”

Additionally, PGS organizers expressed their gratitude to the nearly 6,000 attendees of its 2022 edition. “We are very pleased by the signs of confidence and support received,” they added.

“The fair was considered the best and most significant in the region. The success achieved in this 19th edition turns PGS into the main tradeshow and gaming center in Latin America,” they stated.

They also highlighted the presence of the Peruvian Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Roberto Sanchez, and the General Director of Casinos and Slot Machines, Eduardo Sevilla, who participated in both days of the event.

“For the first time in 19 years, the presence of a government minister in the PGS fair became a reality, generating among all those present the feeling of having a strong support to the industry,” they said.

Finally, they also welcomed the participation of the president of the Peruvian National Gaming Society (SONAJA), Fernando Calderón, and the president of the Peruvian Association of Online Sports Betting and Related Activities (APADELA), Gonzalo Rosell.
