Aristocrat Leisure Limited has announced the completion of its acquisition of Roxor Gaming Limited, a B2B online Real Money Gaming (RMG) supplier, following the receipt of all necessary gaming regulatory pre-approvals. The agreement to acquire Roxor was first announced in September 2022.

Roxor will form part of Aristocrat’s online RMG business, Anaxi. Roxor’s Remote Game Server and content publishing technology will accelerate Anaxi’s strategy to grow in the iGaming market, the company claims.

The brand’s technology is live in the US and UK markets, and “is innovative, highly scalable, and supports efficient and feature-rich games and game development.” Roxor was founded in 2019 by former Gamesys Chairman and co-founder Noel Hayden.

The transaction also involved the acquisition of Roxor’s two in-house game development studios, a move set to bring further online RMB-specific technical and product development talent to the group. Roxor has more than 100 employees who are primarily based in the UK. The brand also has ‘a deep affiliate network’ with extensive online RMG experience that Aristocrat will benefit from.

Roxor Gaming previously operated as the in-house studio and product team of Gamesys, and since its independent launch, it rolled out content with a view to expanding in North America and the UK. For Aristocrat, the deal marks a new step in its efforts to grow in the real-money online gaming space.

Anaxi CEO Mitchell Bowen said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Roxor to Anaxi and the broader Aristocrat group. With our ambition to be the leading gaming platform for the regulated online RMG industry, the addition of Roxor to our team is an exciting and important step forward. The Roxor team is exceptionally talented, and we look forward to growing together.”

Aristocrat is currently showcasing its new collection of For Sale Link games at the ICE London expo at stand S6-250, including products such as Mo Mummy, Ji Cai Hao Yun, and Tian Ci Jin Lu, along with Mighty Cash Ultra and 5 Dragons Ultra. The business will also debut links on Aristocrat’s MarsX Dual cabinets.

Aristocrat Gaming will also offer a broad range of For Sale standalone titles including Bao Zhu Zhao Fu, Bonus Boost 888, Coin Trio, Flamin’ Fortunes, Player’s Choice Multigame, Scorchin’ Fortune, Winner’s World and Zorro – Power of Z.
