iGaming test lab iTech Labs has shared the results of its latest large-scale customer feedback survey, conducted at the end of 2022. The company scored an average of over 9.6 out of 10 in the key areas of “quality of service,” “technical expertise” and “ability to meet deadlines.”

“Providing the best possible service for iGaming customers is the number one goal of leading iGaming test lab iTech Labs,” said the company in a press statement. The survey was conducted on a mix of both long-term and new customers of iTech Labs, and featured companies of all sizes, “including some leaders in the iGaming industry.” 

When customers were asked how iTech Labs scored in three key areas – Quality of Service, Technical Expertise, and Ability to Meet Deadlines – these average scores out of ten were provided: 

  • Quality of Service – 9.7
  • Technical Experience – 9.5
  • Ability to Meet Deadlines – 9.5

In terms of the service provided to customers, “friendly, available and knowledgeable staff make all the difference,” notes the iGaming test lab. One of iTech Labs’ customers surveyed commented: “The service was very fast and professional. No hassle and great support!”

Another iTech Labs customer commented the following in their survey response: “First class service all the time. Always had great service with iTech, so would happily recommend their services. Strong communicators, efficient processes and a pleasure to deal with.”

“With the right test lab, chosen carefully, the compliance testing process can be smooth and easy, and something that won’t break the bank,” the business said in a statement. “Games can be released (and subsequently audited) on time, with sound assurance that they are stable and compliant.”
