Marina Ostrovtsova, CEO of BGaming, has been shortlisted in the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards 2023 for the “Leader of the Year” category. In announcing the nomination, the company described Ostrovtsova as having led “a fast-growing iGaming content provider to a rapid rise.” The winners will be announced on June 8 at the official ceremony in London.
The Awards acknowledge and celebrate companies and individuals demonstrating outstanding commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the iGaming space. And according to the company, Ostrovtsova’s employee equality vision and unconventional leadership style are what led to her entry into the “Leader of the Year” shortlist.
In her early 30s, Ostrovtsova is one of the industry’s youngest CEOs, notes BGaming. She possesses leadership abilities and a visionary approach that helped lead the company to “a new phase of development, commercial success, and a compelling brand image in 2022,” says the provider.
“She is a true leader, giving a breath of fresh air to the team with the freedom of experiments as well as to the whole industry with valuable initiatives for society,” the company said in a press statement.
