Skilrock Technologies and TrulyExpo announced that Rodrigo Cigliutti, Executive Director – CIBELAE, has been named Moderator at the upcoming webinar on “Rise of Digitisation vs. Charm of Paper Lotteries”, which organizers say has already received attention from Latin America.

Cigliutti has nearly three decades of experience in the industry. He currently holds the position of Executive Director of CIBELAE, the Ibero-American state lottery and betting corporation, which is also recognized as a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA).

Some of his works were the coordination of the Map of Games of Argentina from 2009 to 2017; and the realization of the Technique of Games of Chance (the first university degree in Latin America for the gaming sector, regulators and companies).

He has participated as a panelist and moderator in different editions of industry events such as the World Lottery Summit (WLS), CIBELAE, ALEA, ICE London, GLI Regulatory Board, Juegos Miami, Ibero-American Gaming Summit, among others.
