A new edition of SiGMA Europe launches this week, running November 13-17 at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub in Malta. Among the companies exhibiting its latest products at the meeting is SOFTSWISS, with the iGaming solutions provider set to display the capabilities of its gaming ecosystem in stand 2129.

Ahead of the expo, Yogonet held an exclusive interview with Carla Dualib, Regional Business Development Manager (Latin America), SOFTSWISS, to learn more about the company’s plans for SiGMA and what is new in the provider’s portfolio.

SOFTSWISS will be attending the upcoming edition of SiGMA Europe. What will the company’s presence at the event be like, and what will it focus on?

I believe that SiGMA Europe is a great opportunity to connect with industry experts, both existing and potential partners. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, we will showcase our latest product updates and solutions.

One of the most noteworthy updates is the launch of a referral system for our SOFTSWISS Casino Platform. This system helps operators reduce player acquisition costs and maximise potential revenue. Additionally, we have successfully integrated our Game Aggregator and Jackpot Aggregator, completing our total cross-product integration functionality. This milestone ensures that our products work seamlessly together, offering operators a comprehensive and powerful iGaming ecosystem.

I am confident that our presence at SiGMA Europe will be valuable for industry professionals. Using this interview opportunity, I invite all readers to visit our stand 2129 to meet in person.

SiGMA Europe draws hundreds of attendees from several key markets. What are the company’s expectations for its participation in the event in terms of conversations with clients and networking opportunities?

SOFTSWISS is committed to driving the industry and sharing our expertise. That is why we will participate in several public speaking engagements this year on 15 November.

Firstly, Max Trafimovich, CCO at SOFTSWISS, will hold a presentation, ‘The Power of Product Ecosystem in iGaming Business Growth’, covering how this holistic approach can unlock unprecedented opportunities for iGaming operators and revolutionise player experiences.

Also, Olga Resiga, CBDO at SOFTSWISS, will participate in the panel discussion ‘The Rise of Female Gamers: Will the Gaming Industry Keep Pace?’. This panel will address the crucial topic of gender equality in the industry and delve into the behaviour of female gamers. The topic that you always love to explore.

This aligns with our ongoing commitment to exploring and promoting diversity in the professional segment and among players. This commitment is particularly significant in regions like Brazil, where there is a substantial percentage of diverse players, a practice that SOFTSWISS actively advocates for.

Sylwester Figas, Global VIP Business Manager at SOFTSWISS, will join a panel discussion about loyalty programs usability for operators called ‘Loyalty Programs for Online Casinos’.

Our team is also set to showcase the SOFTSWISS Turnkey solution, a product designed to help operators enter regulated markets quickly and efficiently. We recently received vital GLI-19 and GLI-33 certifications, which further demonstrates our commitment to compliance and security and help in obtaining country licenses, covering many regulators’ requirements in advance.

What opportunities could SiGMA Europe offer to SOFTSWISS, especially given the prestige of the event? And what can you tell us about the company’s brand-new campaign for the event?

SiGMA Europe is an excellent venue for networking and knowledge acquisition. Conferences, in particular, are pivotal in providing attendees with the latest and most valuable insights from industry leaders.

This year, SOFTSWISS is excited to unveil a new exhibition concept that celebrates the tenacity and resilience of iGaming businesses. Inspired by the diverse Maltese wildlife, our theme spotlights the steadfast grip of local crabs and lobsters in their natural habitats.

Just as these creatures hold their catch with a firm grip, SOFTSWISS is committed to assisting our partners in achieving their goals, even in the face of challenges. Our comprehensive suite of solutions provides the foundation for success in the ever-evolving iGaming landscape.

In October, the company launched a referral system for its Casino Platform, designed to assist operators in reducing player acquisition costs and empower them to maximize potential revenue. What has been the feedback so far for this product?

The feedback for our referral system has been positive. Clients who have eagerly awaited this feature are delighted to have it implemented finally. While I can’t disclose specific numbers at this moment, the referral system is effectively fulfilling its intended purpose of reducing player acquisition costs and maximizing potential revenue.

Overall, speaking about the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, we have an impressively qualitative product. Our partners don’t just launch projects from scratch but also migrate to our platform. We have a dedicated process that covers all migration aspects. Recently, we’ve gone live with a well-known brand I can’t unfortunately name.

As you said before, SOFTSWISS has also successfully integrated two of its products, the Game Aggregator and the Jackpot Aggregator. What progress, updates, and initial learnings have you seen since this integration?

I would like to point out that we launched the first integration of these products with PIN-UP Casino, one of the most significant market players. I think this fact alone says that we are trusted by such strong brands, which means we have proved ourselves perfectly. Now, we have a few more brands in the process of launching using the same integration.

Overall, the concept of an ecosystem holds great promise for us. And now, after the integration of the Game Aggregator and the Jackpot Aggregator, we can talk about the full compatibility of our products with each other. This achievement positions us to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for a successful iGaming brand.

In practical terms, this means we can provide all the necessary solutions through a single point of entry. Importantly, each of our products is available as a standalone option, ensuring flexibility and compatibility for integration with third-party solutions that operators may already have in place.

What should we expect from SOFTSWISS for the remainder of the year? Are there any new plans or announcements you could share with us?

Next year will be huge for us as we celebrate our 15th anniversary. So, we are preparing for big announcements that will make some noise in the industry.

This year has marked a significant stride in our development journey at SOFTSWISS. We’ve garnered recognition from industry experts through multiple awards, secured essential certifications, and witnessed our products achieve historical milestones. For example, our Game Aggregator has consistently surpassed the ten billion euro mark in monthly total bets three months in a row.

These are all signs that we are progressing in the right direction. And I’m very proud to have joined such a solid and passionate team of visioners this year.
