Digital payment solutions provider OKTO has announced its ally membership with the American Gaming Association (AGA), the national trade group for the U.S. casino gaming industry. 

The membership solidifies OKTO’s dedication to the highest regulatory standards, continual support for responsible gambling practices, and the advancement of digital transformation in the industry,” the company said in a statement.

As the trade group representing the U.S. industry, AGA seeks to foster a policy and business environment that allows legal and regulated gaming to thrive.

The AGA’s membership of commercial and tribal casino operators, sports betting and iGaming companies, gaming suppliers, and more lead the $329 billion industry and support 1.8 million jobs across the country, a press release notes.

As a member of the AGA, OKTO aims to bolster its ability to provide cashless payment services to regional merchants while actively engaging with local authorities for a secure and responsible gambling ecosystem.
