Bally’s Intralot has signed a new agreement with Polla Chilena de Beneficencia S.A., Chile’s state lottery operator, to upgrade its lottery, sports betting, and digital systems. The contract runs for up to 12 years, including a 10-year base term and an optional two-year extension.

Under the agreement, Bally’s Intralot will overhaul Polla Chilena’s existing retail and digital offerings by migrating operations to its LotosX Omni ecosystem. The rollout includes the deployment of the LotosX Lottery Solution, featuring the LotosX Central Gaming System, PlayerX Player Account Management System, and RetailerX Retailer Management System, alongside the Orion Sports Betting Platform.

Approximately 2,500 next-generation camera-based gaming terminals will be installed across retail locations in Chile. Polla Chilena’s website and mobile applications will also be fully redesigned to support a unified digital experience.

The initiative aims to establish a fully integrated omnichannel system, allowing seamless interaction between retail and digital platforms. According to both companies, the upgrade is expected to improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and enhance long-term scalability.

Demián Arancibia Zeballos, General Manager of Polla Chilena de Beneficencia, said: “This agreement marks a significant milestone in Polla’s modernization process, enabling us to make a leap forward in technology, user experience, and operational efficiency.

“Through this partnership, we aim to consolidate a gaming offering that is secure, modern, and aligned with our customers’ evolving expectations, while at the same time safeguarding our social role.”

Robeson Reeves, CEO of the Bally’s Intralot Group, said: “Polla Chilena de Beneficencia is a valued long-standing partner, and we are honored to renew and strengthen our collaboration. This agreement reflects the trust placed in our technology, our people, and our long‑term commitment to supporting regulated lottery operators.

“Working closely with Polla Chilena, we aim to deliver a modern, secure, and scalable gaming ecosystem that enables sustainable growth, innovation, and responsible operation of gaming services, supporting the Lottery’s ongoing contribution to Chilean society.”

The deal marks one of the first major agreements announced since the consolidation of Bally’s Intralot, the new entity resulting from Intralot’s October 2025 acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive Business.
