Casino Guru’s Complaint Resolution Center (CRC) helped return nearly $5.3 million to players in the first quarter of 2026, as complaint volumes and mediation activity continued to rise.
The platform published 3,986 complaints during the period and resolved 1,321 cases, resulting in $5,304,894 returned to users, according to the Q1 2026 performance data shared by Casino Guru.
March was among the busiest months on record for the center, with the second-highest number of published complaints and more than 1,300 cases ongoing, reflecting growing demand for dispute resolution services.
Most complaints came from Germany (657), the United Kingdom (270), Canada (240), Italy (207), and Australia (194). These regions continue to represent the most active player bases in terms of dispute reporting.
Delayed payments remained the most common issue raised by players, while self-exclusion-related complaints rose sharply in March to become the second most frequent category for the first time, highlighting increased scrutiny of responsible gambling measures.
Issues related to know-your-customer checks and blocked accounts also featured prominently, often linked to delays in withdrawals.
“The Q1 results underline the growing importance of independent mediation in the online gambling industry, as players increasingly seek resolution through trusted third-party platforms,” the company said. “Casino Guru continues to monitor industry trends and advocate for fair and transparent practices across the sector.”
