iGaming technology provider SOFTSWISS has expanded the speaker line-up for its Tech Race Summit in Warsaw, adding executives from Tesla and document management software company PandaDoc as the event broadens its focus on technology leadership and product development for the iGaming industry.
The September 10 summit will feature Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, and Mikita Mikado, co-founder of PandaDoc, alongside previously announced speakers from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle and Cloudflare.
The event comes as online gaming companies expand across regulated markets and face challenges similar to those confronting global technology firms, including building engineering teams, scaling products and competing for talent while maintaining rapid execution.
Verdura will deliver a session titled “Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla”, focusing on how the electric vehicle maker develops teams capable of delivering products quickly while maintaining quality and innovation.
Mikado will present a keynote titled “Building the Next Silicon Valley Business”, sharing lessons from growing PandaDoc from an Eastern European startup into a global software company, with a focus on product scaling, talent acquisition and international expansion.
The new speakers broaden the summit’s agenda beyond cloud infrastructure into engineering leadership, product design, entrepreneurship and company building, complementing sessions from executives at AWS, Oracle and Cloudflare.
“The technology challenges facing iGaming today extend well beyond infrastructure,” Sergey Kastukevich, Chief Technology Officer at SOFTSWISS, said. “Building successful technology companies also depends on leadership, product thinking, and the ability to scale teams as the business grows.”
“By bringing together speakers from Tesla, PandaDoc, AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, and other global technology companies, we are creating conversations that rarely happen within a single event. Our goal is to give attendees practical insights they can apply to their own organisations, regardless of the industry they work in,” Kastukevich added.
Tech Race Summit is designed to bring together technology practitioners from the iGaming, financial technology and other high-load industries. The programme will cover cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, observability, product development and company building.
Tickets for the event are available through the Tech Race website, with early-bird pricing offered until Aug. 10.
The programme covers cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, observability, product development, and company building, creating opportunities for cross-industry knowledge sharing among technology leaders facing similar operational challenges.
